This wooden iaido sword, or bokuto, is a small katana used for training purposes. This wooden sword is around 55cm in length, with a slightly curved blade. The hilt is wrapped in cloth to provide a better grip. Wooden swords are not sharpened, and therefore can be safely used for training.
